Within your selected scenario, add a Webhooks module if it’s not already present. Smart Links are essentially special URLs generated through this Webhooks module. To add a Webhooks module, click on the "+’" sign within the scenario and search for "Webhooks."

Select "Custom webhook" in the Webhooks section. Here, you will give your Smart Link a name which helps identify its purpose. After naming it, click on "Save" to generate the URL. This is the Smart Link that will be used to trigger your scenario.

With your new Smart Link generated, you can share it via email, embed it into a website, or distribute it in any other way that suits your workflow. When someone visits your Smart Link, the scenario you’ve set up will be initiated.

To ensure everything functions correctly, test your Smart Link. You may do this by accessing the link yourself or by creating a test event. Verify that your scenario starts as expected and that any actions that should follow are performed seamlessly.
