  • Using the editor, design your email as per your branding and content needs.

Step 4: Set Up Conditional Logic.

  • Navigate to the “Settings” tab within the email editor.
  • Click on “Conditional Logic.”

Step 5: Identify Contact Property for Segmentation.

  • From the dropdown menu, select the contact property you wish to base your conditional logic on (e.g., "Past Purchase Behavior").

Step 6: Set Conditions.

  • Based on the contact property selected, set the conditions. For example, if using "Past Purchase Behavior", you can set conditions like "Has purchased" or "Has not purchased."

Step 7: Define Email Behavior Based on Conditions.

  • Once conditions are set, specify the content variations you want to show for each condition. This could include personalized product recommendations, special offers, or unique content blocks.

Step 8: Preview Conditional Logic.

  • Before sending out the email, make sure to use the "Preview" feature.
  • Using the preview pane, check how different versions of the email will appear based on the conditions you've set. This will help ensure that the right content reaches the right subscribers.

Step 9: Save and Continue.

  • After you're satisfied with the conditions and email variations, save your settings.

Step 10: Define Recipients and Schedule Email.

  • Navigate to the "Recipients" tab.
  • Choose the list or segment of contacts you wish to send the email to.
  • Schedule the email for a specific date and time or send it immediately.

Step 11: Monitor and Analyze.

  • Once the email is sent, keep an eye on the campaign's performance metrics.
  • This will give insights into which content variation is performing best and can help guide future campaigns.
