How do I create personalized email campaigns based on user segments in HubSpot?

Step 1: Access HubSpot Dashboard

  • Log into your HubSpot account.

  • Click on the "Create email" button.

Step 9: Schedule or Send Immediately

  • If you're ready to send the email, click on the "Send" or "Schedule" button.
  • If scheduling, choose the desired date and time.

Step 10: Monitor Email Performance

  • Once the email is sent, return to the "Email" section under "Marketing."
  • Check analytics such as open rate, click-through rate, and conversion rate to gauge the email's performance.

Step 11: Iterate Based on Feedback

  • Use the analytics data to refine your future email campaigns.
  • Adjust content, segmentation, or personalization based on what resonates most with your audience.
