How can I customize my CRM dashboard to highlight specific KPIs in Hubspot?

Step 1: Log in to Your HubSpot Account

  • Navigate to the HubSpot homepage.
  • Enter your login credentials and sign in.

Step 2: Access the CRM Dashboard

  • From the main navigation bar at the top, hover over "Reports."
  • Select "Dashboard" from the dropdown menu.

  • In editing mode, click and drag the borders of report modules to resize them.
  • Click and drag the title bar of report modules to reposition them on the dashboard.
  • Arrange your reports in a way that highlights your key KPIs most effectively.

Step 8: Remove Unwanted Reports

  • For any report on the dashboard that's not relevant to your KPIs:
  • Hover over the report module.
  • Click on the "Actions" or "Settings" icon, typically represented by three dots or a gear.
  • Select "Remove" or "Delete" from the dropdown.

Step 9: Rename Your Dashboard (Optional)

  • If you wish to rename your dashboard for clarity:
  • Find the dashboard title at the top.
  • Click on the title or the adjacent "Edit" icon.
  • Type in the new name and save.

Step 10: Save Your Customized Dashboard

  • Once you've made all desired changes and are satisfied with the layout:
  • Click on the "Save" or "Done" button, usually located at the top right corner of the dashboard page.
