For our client mid-sized marketing agency working with contractor companies in the US, our team successfully automated Delivery Team operations by coupling dialer software (Calltools.com) and a CRM solution (Gohighlevel.com).

The company needed to capture leads (from ads, lead gen) and dial them as fast as possible. The current client setup required agents to switch between spreadsheets, and multiple CRM accounts manually assigning leads which leads to delays (speed-to-lead above 25 mins) and missed leads hence missed revenue.

Our team proposed a solution which aggregated lead data of 700+ clients and real-time pushed them into the dialer with all necessary information. The agent simply needed to be logged into the campaign to dial hot leads automatically and immediately. The setup involved the propagation of relevant data so that the agent sees the script with the specific client info (eg “Hey, I am calling from XYZ Roofing company…”) and handy links to book an appointment for this specific client directly.
